“I was introduced to Frank Jr and Tri Construction in 2013 when they were hired by Roxbury Tenants of Harvard for an exterior renovation project at Mission Park.  The project included removal and replacement of 164 exterior townhouse stairs.  Tri’s scope included demo, new concrete footings and walkways, and carpentry. The work was divided into 3 phases, and there was no doubt after Phase 1 that Tri would be invited back for Phases 2 and 3!  From the beginning, Frank Jr and others from Tri attended weekly O/A/C meetings and always brought a collaborative approach.  Tri was organized, professional, and easy to work with.  They stuck to the project schedule, delivered a high quality product, and worked extremely well with the team’s construction manager who coordinated multiple contractors.  I would recommend Tri highly and hope to see them on another one of my jobs soon!”
