TRI Construction was awarded the branch fit-out for First Priority Credit Union at 40 William Kelly Square in East Boston, delivering a modern, fully functional banking space designed for efficiency, accessibility, and client service. The project involved the transformation of approximately 700 square feet of interior space into a new branch.
Scope of Work

ATM Installation: New partition wall, relocation of doors, and installation of a secure ATM enclosure with upgraded glazing and framing.

Restrooms: Full renovation of the bathroom with a new ADA-compliant sink and toilet, stainless steel grab bars, and tile finishes for floors and wet walls.

Ceilings & Soffits: Installation of new galvanized steel framing, Armstrong ceiling tiles, soffits at teller and glass partition areas, and fire-rated sheetrock for the main ceiling.

Sprinkler & Fire Protection: Installation of new sprinkler heads and fire alarm devices to meet updated code requirements.

Electrical & Data: Complete upgrade of outlets, Cat 6 wiring, ATM machine connections, recessed lighting, exit signage, and ceiling fixtures, plus installation of an electric heat air curtain in the foyer.

HVAC: New flex ductwork, diffusers, and connections for air return and conditioning.

Finishes: Painting of all walls, ceilings, and soffits; installation of cabinets at teller, restroom, and ATM areas.

Site Work: Stair egress refinished with new metal-edged flooring tile.

Permits: TRI Construction coordinated permitting, including the short-form building permit.
