TRI Construction successfully completed the Lions Den Security Grate System project at Emerson College, located at 120 Boylston Street in Boston, Massachusetts. This project involved the installation of custom security grates at both the Lions Den Main Grill and the Lions Den Coffee Bar, enhancing safety and operational security within the campus dining facilities.
Scope of Work:

Demolition & Preparation: Removal of existing conditions as required to accommodate the new grate systems.

Fabrication & Installation: Supply and installation of custom grate assemblies for both the Main Grill and Coffee Bar.

Electrical Integration: Power connections and controls to support operation of the new systems.

Coordination & Safety: Execution of work within an active campus environment, ensuring protection of students, staff, and adjacent facilities.

Finalization: Testing, adjustment, and turnover of fully functional security grate systems to Emerson College.
