TRI Construction successfully completed the Vertex Office Tenant Improvements at Braintree Hill Office Park, Suite 3301, in 2025, delivering a fully renovated and modernized office space tailored to Vertex’s operational needs. This project was contracted by Flatley Management Company and transformed the existing suite into a high-performance workplace environment.
Scope of Work

General Conditions: Site supervision, permits/fees, waste removal, logistics, and temporary protections.

Interior Demolition: Full removal of walls, ceilings, flooring, and doors to prepare the space for new construction.

Carpentry & Framing: Rough framing, wood base and sills, and reworking of door and frame assemblies.

Doors, Glazing & Hardware: New glass partitions, sidelights, brushed stainless steel hardware, and reception entrance modifications.

Finishes & Interiors: Installation of drywall, soffits, insulation, acoustical ceilings, painting, carpet, and resilient flooring.

Electrical: Installation of new outlets, data/power floor poke-thrus, lighting relocations, and switching for open office and conference rooms.

HVAC: New 2.5-ton heat pump, duct modifications, piping, thermostat relocation, and system balancing.
