TRI Construction successfully completed the executive restroom renovations at Bentley University in 2024, delivering a modern and functional upgrade to the campus facilities. The project involved the transformation of two existing restrooms—one men’s and one women’s—into three fully finished, high-end restrooms.

Scope of Work:

  • Temporary Conditions & Protections: Extensive measures were implemented to protect surrounding areas and maintain a safe, clean work environment throughout the renovation.
  • Interior Demolition: Full demolition of the existing men’s and women’s restrooms was self-performed by TRI Construction.
  • Reconfiguration & Build-Out: The original two-restroom layout was reconfigured into three distinct restrooms, enhancing accessibility and functionality.
